Terms of Service

Scope of work

The $500 website package covers a custom multi-section website, mobile-responsive layout, contact form, basic on-page SEO setup, and two rounds of revisions on the design.

Anything outside the agreed scope — additional pages, e-commerce, custom integrations, ongoing content writing, or further revision rounds — is quoted separately before work begins.

Timeline

First design review is typically delivered within 1–3 business days of receiving your content and brand assets. Final launch timing depends on how quickly feedback and assets are returned.

Delays caused by missing content, unanswered feedback, or third-party accounts (domain, hosting, payment processors) extend the timeline accordingly.

Payment

Website packages are billed up front through a Stripe payment link unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

Care plans and AI receptionist plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed by Stripe until cancelled.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, and for confirming you hold the rights to any logo, photography, or copy you supply.

You are responsible for the ongoing cost of your own domain name where applicable.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the content and design of your finished website. Jei Builds retains the right to display the finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Care plans and hosting

Care plans cover hosting oversight, small content updates, monitoring, and technical maintenance as described on the pricing page. They do not include full redesigns or new page builds.

Limitation of liability

Jei Builds is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of your website or from third-party outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
