Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work begins

If you cancel before we have started design work, you receive a full refund of anything you have paid.

After work begins

Once design work has started, the portion of the fee covering completed work is non-refundable. If you cancel after the first design review, we retain 50% of the package price and refund the balance.

Once the site has been delivered and launched, the package fee is non-refundable.

Revisions

The $500 package includes two rounds of design revisions. Additional revision rounds are quoted separately and are non-refundable once delivered.

Monthly care plans and AI receptionist plans

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not pro-rate part-months.

To cancel, email hello@jeibuilds.com from the address on the account, or use the Stripe billing link in your receipt. You keep access until the paid period ends.

Trial periods

Where a plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We would much rather resolve the issue directly, and in most cases we can.
