We don't sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). If your website will collect patient information, we'll build your site and transfer full ownership to you at launch rather than hosting it under our Care plan. If you work in healthcare, please reach out before purchasing so we can walk you through your options.

Why is a Care plan required?
Your website needs hosting, security updates, uptime monitoring, and a real person to fix things when they break. The Care plan covers all of it, so your site stays fast, secure, and online after launch.
What's the difference between Signature and Concierge?
Nothing about the website itself — both are the same 3–10 page custom build at $750. Concierge upgrades the service level: up to 25 change requests per month and priority 2-business-day turnaround.
How many revisions are included in the build?
Two rounds of design revisions are included in every build. Additional rounds are quoted before we start.
Can I cancel my Care plan?
Yes — cancel anytime. We'll transfer your site files to you or help migrate the site to your own hosting.
How fast will my site be ready?
Builds are delivered in 1–3 business days once we have your brand details and content.
