When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, business type, budget range, project timeline, and your message.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate about your project.

If you become a client, we retain your project details for the duration of our working relationship and for our own business records afterward.

Where your data is stored

Contact submissions are stored in our managed database and delivered to our business inbox by email. Access is restricted to authorized Jei Builds administrators.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies and local storage required to keep the site functioning, such as remembering an authenticated admin session. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay through a Jei Builds payment link, Stripe handles your card details directly under its own privacy policy — we never receive or store card numbers.

Reviews you submit through the site are stored with your name and, if you sign in, your account identifier so you can edit or delete your own review.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@jeibuilds.com. We will action verified requests within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
