What's included in the build fee?

Every build includes a custom-designed website, mobile-responsive layout, a working contact form, social links, and on-page SEO setup (meta tags, Open Graph, semantic HTML). Foundation covers 3–5 pages; Signature and Concierge cover 3–10 pages.

Why is a Care plan required?

A website isn't a one-time purchase — it needs hosting, security updates, and someone to fix it when something breaks. Bundling care means your site doesn't get handed off and forgotten the week after launch, and you always know who to call.

What's the difference between Site Care and Concierge Care?

Site Care ($30/month) covers downtime fixes, hosting issues, and small text or image changes. Concierge Care ($55/month) includes everything in Site Care plus up to 25 change requests per month with priority 2-business-day turnaround.

What counts as a change request?

A text edit, an image swap, or a small content update — typically completed within 2 business days. Full redesigns and new page builds aren't included in a Care plan and are quoted separately.

Can I pay for my Care plan yearly?

Yes. Paying yearly gets you two months free — $300/year instead of $360 on Site Care, or $550/year instead of $660 on Concierge Care.

Is the build fee really one-time?

Yes. The build fee is paid once. The only recurring cost is your Care plan.

How long does a website take?

Your first design review is typically ready within 1–3 business days of us receiving your content and brand assets. Final launch timing depends on how quickly feedback and assets come back.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your business details, any logo and brand assets you have, photos you'd like used, and the core content for your pages. If you don't have all of it, we'll walk you through what's needed.

How many revisions do I get?

Every package includes two rounds of design revisions. Additional rounds are quoted separately before any work begins.

What happens after my site launches?

Your Care plan takes over — hosting oversight, uptime monitoring, security updates, and content changes. You email us when you need something changed.

How do I pay?

Build fees are billed up front through a Stripe payment link. Care plans are recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions, also billed through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel before we've started design work, you receive a full refund. Once design work has started, the portion covering completed work is non-refundable — if you cancel after the first design review, we retain 50% of the package price and refund the balance. Once the site is delivered and launched, the build fee is non-refundable.

Can I cancel my Care plan?

Yes, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we don't pro-rate part-months, and you keep access until the paid period ends.

What happens to my site if I cancel Care?

We'll transfer your site files to you or help you migrate to your own hosting. Your site is yours.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We'd much rather resolve it directly, and in most cases we can.

Do I own my website?

Yes. On full payment, you own the content and design of your finished site.

Do I need my own domain name?

Yes — you're responsible for the ongoing cost of your own domain. We'll help you set it up and point it at your site.

Will you show my site in your portfolio?

We retain the right to display finished work in our portfolio and marketing. If you'd prefer we didn't, just tell us in writing and we won't.

Do you sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)?

No. If your website will collect patient information, we'll build your site and transfer full ownership to you at launch rather than hosting it under our Care plan. If you work in healthcare, please reach out before purchasing so we can walk you through your options.
